Light, agile and with phenomenal grip, the Watson R-Turbo Roadster is the choice for drivers out to run rings around bigger vehicles. Don't expect to win many fights with it though.

The Watson R-Turbo Roadster is a Burnout classic and is a fairly good car. It was also known as simply "Roadster" when it first appeared in Burnout 1. Its excellent handling allows quick recoveries on the road. The Roadster is best in Stunt Runs. Its lightness makes pulling some of the more risky Stunts easier than some other cars. It doubles as a solid racer, but don't expect it to take too many hits during events and be wary of heavier cars. It is more of a racer and stunt car than a fighter, anyways. Remember to use ambush tactics against heavier cars. Come in when they least expect it, take them down, and get out of there.

Unlock[]

Notes[]

  • In Burnout Paradise's Free February Update, the R-Turbo Roadster's speed stat was lowered from 5 to 2 and it's boost was lowered from 4 to 3.
  • The R-Turbo Roadster seems to be the successor of the Custom Roadster from Burnout 2: Point of Impact, and originally, the Roadster from Burnout. This can be confirmed by the license plate: EU-B2-RD, which may mean Europe-Burnout 2-Roadster.
  • This car is also in Burnout 1, only without the spoiler and the vinyls. The car is the Roadster.
  • The car's sponsor decals, "Xenier" and "Velez", as well as "AGT" are re-used from Burnout 3.

Trailer[]

The following video is one of the first trailers featuring the R-Turbo Roadster, and was released in (late) 2007.
