The Hunter Toy Citizen is one of the original 9 toy vehicles released with the Toy Vehicles Pack on March 5th, 2009 for the PlayStation 3 and March 25th, 2009 for the Xbox 360.


No toy is above the law! And the Toy Citizen is here to uphold it! Don't be fooled by its diminutive size, this micro-enforcer will bring anything to a stand-still.

How to Unlock[]

This vehicle is only available through purchase from the Burnout Store, PlayStation Store or Xbox LIVE Marketplace.

The Toy Hunter Citizen can be purchased individually for 160 Microsoft Points. It is also available in the Complete Toy Collection for $12.99 / €12.99 / £9.99 / 1,000 Microsoft Points and in the Toy Collection 2 pack for $5.99 / €5.99 / £4.99 / 480 Microsoft Points.


This vehicle is a toy version of the Hunter Citizen.


  • This vehicle was accidentally released by Microsoft on Xbox 360 on February 19, 2009. It was removed shortly after. Players that were able to download it during that time were still able to use the vehicle until its official release.
  • The police sirens have no effect on traffic, which is the same with all other vehicles that have sirens.
  • This vehicle cannot be driven in a Online Cops and Robbers game.
  • This vehicle's paint finish cannot be changed.
  • This version of the Hunter Citizen has functional siren lights on the roof and the brush guard.
  • Need For Speed Hot Pursuit included the Toy Hunter Citizen and the Toy Hunter Cavalry as an Easter Egg in the form of an amusement park ride on Mission Beach.
