Compared to Super Jumps, Mega Jumps are much longer and steeper, resulting in more air time. This makes them invaluable for beating Big Surf Island's Stunt Runs. Mega Jump cameras remove the camera flash of the Super Jumps and instead play what seems to be the twang of a lap steel guitar.
A Mega Jump attempt will fail the player crashs or dooesn't make it over a gap, even if they manage to get a Driveaway.
Head to the top of the Inspiral Car Park along Shires Drive between Lipscomb & Glover. Once at the top, drive up the westbound ramp to the roof of the Holness Hotel and off the ramp, which can be seen once at the top. This is also done as a part of the Island Challenge "Crane In The Neck".
This jump is off of a ramp leading straight through the middle of a building under construction. The start of the ramp is located on the northeast corner of the Shires & Griffin junction.
This jump is located on the top of the Inspiral Car Park, along the south section of McDonald Road. This jump can also be found as a part of the Island Challenge "I Spiral".
This jump is located at the south end of the storm drain leading through North Beach and Midtown. There are entrances to the sewer drainage system located along Daniell Way & Lipscomb Way. This jump can also be completed as a part of the Island Challenge "Drain Jump".
This jump is located behind a few buildings along Pitt Avenue. This jump can either be accessed via a few smash gates along Pitt Avenue or through a few buildings' driveways along Shires Drive, and then across a bridge over the drainage system.
This jump is located at the top of a building which can be accessed by driving to the top of the inspiral Car Park. Drive up the southbound bridge at the top, find the ramp to the left, and jump through Deese's Donut. This jump is done as a part of the Island Challenge "Jumpin' Donuts".
This jump is located on the North side of the highest level of the construction site in the form of a split ramp. This jump can be complete as a part of the Island Challenge "Walk the Plank".
This jump is located on the second story of the construction site and is facing towards a large suspended hoop with a Big Surf island Billboard underneath. This jump can only be completed by jumping through the first hoop and one of the two lower hoops. This jump can be completed as a part of the Island Challenge "Hoop-la".
This jump is off the end of the Crash TV Ski Jump. This jump can be found by driving up the dirt loop located at the east side of Grange Hill; behind the dirt ramp are two roads with Mega Jump cones and the road to the left leads to the Ski Jump. This jump can be completed as a part of the Island Challenge "Hang Time" and as a part of both the Xbox 360 and PS3 award "Earn 4.5 seconds of Air Time of the Crash TV Ski Jump".
This jump can be accessed by following a shortcut located on the larger hairpins along Maguire Road near the junkyard, or by following another shortcut off of Shires Drive which has a sign that reads "plage"*; along this shortcut the jump is at the other side of the left-hand tunnel.
This jump is located at the end of a dirt loop as a split ramp. It is found in the same place as the Crash TV Ski Jump, but it is located on the right of the two loops with Mega Jump cones.
This jump is located inside the opening in the Lighthouse along Maguire Road. There are two jumps at either side of the lighthouse along Maguire Road. This jump counts only through the Lighthouse; driving off the ramp on its own doesn't count. This jump can be completed as a part of the Island Challenge "Lighthouse Rock".
This jump can only be completed by following the shortcut at the south end of the larger hairpin along Maguire Drive.
