The Carson Extreme Hot Rod with the new Locked boost type.
Locked boost is a boost type created for a single vehicle within the Boost Specials pack for Burnout Paradise. As soon as the player presses the boost button the vehicle gains a permanently full boost bar that does not diminish with use and is always available. Once ignited the boost is excreted in the form of a blue flame from the vehicle's exhausts.
There are three ways to stop the vehicle after initiating its boost; holding the e-brake until it stops, wrecking or extensive and aggressive use of its brakes.
The only car currently equipped with Locked boost is the Carson Extreme Hotrod.
