After many months of behind the scenes hardships, changes, and much deliberation, I return. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, or more preferably Luca Badoer returning to drive for Ferrari in 2009 I come back to help out a place I love. Although my life did change behind the scenes, I am at a state where such an opportunity is and can be done. What you have to take note of are the details of my return.

You see, writing in a wiki-style isn't what I like to do when I'm writing about anything. I'll do it, but not with the same amount of polish that would have been put in other styles of writing. If you've seen my work at My Blog, I take a more opinionated approach to writing, and I quite like it a lot. I return as more of a, consultant more than anything. Helping out with conflicts and changes when my presence is so desired. With the rebirth trundling along, it seemed best (after persuasion from Parkster) to come back and help out. I like to see this wiki's outreach become farther than Glacier Wolf, Parkster and I could have realized back in the early months of the wiki. There is so much that seems possible here if we put our mind to it, and I think we have the rag-tag people for the job, mostly. You see, I'm the rare Burner that has a soft spot for Burnout 1 & 2, surprisingly. Those games (3 and Revenge included) haven't really gotten the overwhelming amount of love and attention that Burnout Paradise has gotten. Now that updates to Paradise won't be happening, sadly, and the rebirth is underway, i personally think that as a part of the Rebirth we bring the older games back in the spotlight. Hey, Criterion did with making the main pursuit mode in NFS Hot Pursuit a near carbon copy to the system in Burnout 2!

Oh Dear, i think I'm rambling again. Anyways, I'm back.

Just for some universal clarification, Crashbroke23 will continue to serve as one of the site's Bureaucrats and System Operators. Even though it may seem odd having 3 Bureaus, 2 Sysops and 1 Assistant (a bit top-heavy in a metaphorical sense), this is how it has ended up. Exlonox is by far the most active out of Crashbroke and I and so therefore it will seem like there are 2 Bureaus. As for the sysops, we have one active and another not so, and then we have an active assistant, however only one of these. Regardless, things will run smoothly and i hope that this unexpected administrative addition will not cause any inconvenience to anyone. Once the policy drive is complete and the user review system is up and running, i'll be considering a slight change in the site's administration.

Glad to have you back mate :D

Continuing on. With my return, there comes an opportunity with my Blog (Real Racing Roots) to use the affiliation. The inter site relations could help get more traffic to both sites, and add personal insight into a series that i really like. With that in mind, I will be writing articles once a week having to relate to the Burnout series; Reviewing Cars, Games, DLC and alike. For the first one, I would like the people of the Burnopedia choose what i review. I would like a poll for what to review. My current ideas are to review either; Burnout 1, Burnout 2, Burnout 3, or Big Surf Island. What does everyone think?

Once you do the features, I'll link to them via Burnopedia's Facebook and N3. (And news once we finish the new main page.)

I came up with the idea and proposed it to Crashbroke, however i had in mind that this would be a more integrated part of our site, like The Official Burnopedia Journalist. We have a section on this site dedicated to the reviews. Although the full reviews are written on this blog website, summaries and a main portal or project page will be made here. Then a section on the main sidebar will also be added. Once I've done everything else that i have to do, since co-operation is low due to user efforts spread over many things, I'll redesign the sidebar layout to make it better. Anyway, back to this: i think it should be more involved with the site, if you get me. What does one think?

Well start from the beginning. Burnout 1, then PoI, then Takedown, Revenge and finally Paradise.
