It is the only GT class car that hasn't been widened, and instead, has a slightly extended front. Other modifications include the headlights, tail lights, exhausts and spoiler.

The Works R202 GT is unlocked by earning a bronze medal in the "Crashbreaker Grand Prix 8" event in Eternal City within the Maniac rank.
