The Coupe Type 3 is a vehicle in Burnout 3: Takedown. It is a very good car with good speed and acceleration statistics. It is not the most ideal car for takedowns, although it can manage to get gold in a Road Rage. Steering the car is very easy, but it struggles in locking itself onto the track. Inexperienced players may have some difficulty controlling the car.
This car can be painted in blue, red, or white.
How to Unlock[]
Awarded for unlocking the Coupe Series, which requires the completion of the Muscle Grand Prix.
Resemblance[]
The front end of the Coupe Type 3 resembles a Mercedes-Benz CLK DTM. The back end bears some resemblance of the BMW M3 GTR, as does the wide body styling of the sides.

- The Coupe Type 3 is seen in black in the Coupe Series unlock video, but this color can not be selected ingame.
- On an earlier PlayStation 2 cover, it shows the car painted red and crashing at the Riviera.
