The Compact Type 2 is a vehicle in Burnout 3: Takedown.
The Compact Type 2 is one of the first vehicles available in this game. Its additional weight slows its acceleration and gives it a larger turn radius, but makes it less of a takedown target. This makes it useful for early Road Rage events.
The Compact Type 2 is also a hatchback in its series. Unlike the Compact Type 1, this car is suited for Road Rage thanks to its heavier weight. Because of its bulky form, however, it is less ideal for races due to poor acceleration and stiff control. A race victory is far from impossible even with this car, although it is less recommended than other compacts.
Blue, white, and red are the colors offered for this vehicle.
