Big Surf Island Billboards are destructible objects on Big Surf Island very similar to the billboards found in Paradise City. These billboards differ by having a special Island design which sports the orange Big Surf Island logo in lieu of the red Paradise City logo. There are a total of 45 billboards on Big Surf Island. They pulsate in the same manner as the Paradise City Billboards so that they can be seen at night and in heavy fog. When a billboard has been smashed it will break into smaller parts and will later look battered if viewed at a later time.

Big Surf Island billboards are placed in similar ways as the Paradise City Billboards and require some exploration in order to find the route to smash through them. Many of these billboards require driving to the rooftops of a few buildings on Big Surf Island but others can be found along short cuts or alongside a road.

Smashing all Island billboards is required to complete the Big Surf Island license. The Big Surf Island Billboards count towards any Freeburn Challenges involving billboards such as Smash and Grab.

Smashing all 45 billboards on the Island will also unlock the Toy 88 Special as well as a few additional awards along the way.

The player can pause the game whilst on the Island and scroll down to Discoverables to view the amount of billboards they have smashed. This can also be accessed on mainland Paradise City by pressing pause and then L1/LB to switch to the Island Stats screen which is only available after purchasing Big Surf Island.

Paradise Keys Bridge
1	This billboard is located on a suspended section of road and can be accessed by driving up the ramps located on the east side of it along the southern road on the bridge.
2	This billboard can be accessed by drving into it from the southern road along the bridge.
North Beach
1	This billboard can be hit by drving to the top of the Paradise University Dome via one of the paths.
2	This billboard can be hit by driving a vehicle such as the Dust Storm up the staircase below it which will send the car into the air and through the billboard.
3	This billboard is located on a grassy area next to the lake and can not be hit from the west side of it. To hit this billboard use the ramp on the east side of the lake at the end of Lipscomb Way along McDonald Drive.
4	This billboard is located at the end of a short cut located along Glover Way.
5	This billboard is located along a short cut running parallel to billboard 4 on the other side of Glover Way.
6	This billboard is located on a roof off the end of the northern jump on top of the PCP Car Park roof.
7	This billboard is located on a rooftop which can be accessed from the roof of Desee's Donuts. This roof can be accessed by taking the Mega Jump through the Donut which is apart of the Island Challenge "Jumpin' Donuts.
8	This billboard is on the rooftop behind billboard 7.
9	This billboard is on the second story of a building on the corner of Pitt Avenue & Daniell Way. This billboard can be access by a jump at the end of a short cut along the east side of Pitt Avenue.
10	This billboard is located at the end of the roof of which billboard 6 is located. Follow the instructions for billboard 6 expect roof of which number 6 is located.
11	This billboard is on the top of a ramp located on the beach.
Midtown
1	This billboard can be hit by either driving up the series of ramps alongside "The Hoop" building along Huntley Boulevard or by driving off one of the gaps in the wall along the Paradise Keys Bridge.
2	This billboard is located just off the Paradise Keys Bridge at the end of a short ledge heading towards Griffin Boulevard.
3	This billboard is located on one of the floors of a construction site located on Griffin Boulevard & Shires Drive. This billboard can be accessed by driving up to the top of the Mega Jump ramp, once at the top turn left and you will find yourself on the same floor as the billboard if you continue around the walls.
4	This billboard is located at the top of a ramp behind "Deckard Sushi" along Pitt Avenue.
5	This billboard is located on top of the Gas 5 station along Shires Drive. This billboard can be hit by following the series of ramps and roof tops behind billboard 4.
6	This billboard can be hit by driving off the South east ramp on top of the roof at the end of the southern bridge of the top of the PCP Car Park.
7	This billboard can be hit by following the instructions for billboard 6 except once on top of the roof continue along the second south bridge onto another roof top. Take the north facing jump over the gap between the buildings to hit this billboard.
8	Take the jump off the south east ramp on top of the PCP Car Park. This billboard is further away from this jump than it looks.
9	This billboard is on top of "Brucies Autos". This billboard can be accessed by taking the series of ramps located in a back alley behind the Pitt Avenue's Auto Repair.
South Coast
1	This billboard is located on top of a building which can only be accessed by taking the southern jump off the top of the Inspiral Car Park.
2	This billboard off the northern ramp on the first story of the construction site along Shires Drive and Griffin Boulevard.
3	This billboard is on the second story of the consconstruction site along Shires Drive and Griffin Boulevard. It is underneath the suspended hoop behind a Mega Jump. It can be hit by driving around the ramp and off the ledge.
4	This billboard can be hit by driving off the ramp on the ground floor in the eastern section of the construction site along Shires Drive and Griffin Boulevard. This ramp will lead out of the construction site.
5	This billboard can be access by driving up the dirt and grass hills to the South and North east behind the building.
6	The same as billboard 5.
7	The same as billboard 5.
8	This billboard is off a ledge which is next to the Junkyard along Grange Hill.
9	This billboard is located in the middle of a gap along Grange Hill parallel to the Junkyard.
10	This billboard is in the middle of a gap which can be accessed by a short cut on the larger hairpin along Maguire Drive or by the short cut via the "Plage" sign along Shires Drive and taking the right hand tunnel.
11	This billboard is at the top of a ramp next to a warehouse behind the Junkyard along Grange Hill.
Perren's Point
1	This billboard is suspended along Maguire Drive but can be hit by driving off of the sandy ledge on the south side of Pitt Avenue.
2	This billboard can be hit by driving a car off a dirt ramp between the small and larger hairpins along Maguire Drive.
3	This billboard can be hit by taking the short cut to the east side of the Lighthouse.
4	This billboard can be hit by taking the southern dirt ramp next to a beached boat. Pull a 180 degree hand brake turn at the first opening on the right and you should see the billboard at the end of a ramp next to a home.
5	Take the dirt road short cut heading north east bound at the Pitt, Grange and Maguire junction. After a dirt ramp at the top turn left and you should see the billboard at the end of a building's flat roof.
6	Follow the instructions for billboard 5 except at the dirt ramp continue on and follow the dirt road to the left at the two palm trees and you should see a "Ells Bells"s sign next to a crane, at which point turn right and you should see the billboard at the end of an unfinished pathway.
7	Follow the instructions for billboard 5 except at the dirt ramp drive the car off of it and you should hit a billboard behind some rocks.
8	Follow the instructions for billboard 5 except at the dirt ramp continue on and follow the dirt road to the right at the two palm trees and you should see the billboard in front of you. (The billboard on the pathway above is billboard 6).
9	Follow the instructions for billboard 6 except follow the pathway towards the left instead of the right and you should see billboard 9 at the end of it.
10	This billboard is at the end of a large pathway and can be access by either the ramp from the Lighthouse or by the ramp further north along Maguire Drive.
11	Follow the instructions for billboard 10.
12	This billboard can be access by driving up the large dirt road on a large corner of Maguire Drive between the two dual carriageways on the east part of the island. Driving up to the top of the road you will see a small gap onto a pathway with a red and white bar along the top, drive through that gap and turn around 180 degrees so you are facing north. Then follow the pathway down a roof and then jump down off that roof towards the east onto another roof that the billboard is on the edge of.
